If you do not have an exisitng number enter in the notes at checkout number color and outline color.
Upon placing your order you will receive an artwork design proof to review at the email address used to place the order. 
Upon receiving the proof any adjustments or changes may be requested. 
Upon artwork approval your custom order will enter into production and no further changes will be made, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Shipping and tracking information will be provided upon order completion.
